Purpose of Processing
Personal data are processed solely for organizing and managing the Spirit of Talents competition.
This includes: pre-registration, review and approval, main registration, event organization (communication, running order, schedules), invoicing, and—if applicable—uploading and assigning music files.

Legal Basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) performance of a contract, and (f) legitimate interests in the secure administration of the event.

Data Processed

• School or institution details

• Name and contact details of the responsible person

• Participant data (name, date of birth)

• Entry details (title, duration, category, choreographer, GEMA information)

• Optional music files

Recipients
Data are accessed only by the Spirit of Talents organizing team.
No transfer to third parties takes place unless required by law (e.g. GEMA) or for payment processing (bank).

Storage Period
Data are stored until the competition—including settlement—is completed.
Invoice data are retained in accordance with statutory obligations.

Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Security
Our website uses SSL encryption. Access to stored data is restricted to the organizing team.
